It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Chester Marlin Hodges of Walnut Ridge, Arkansas, born in Swifton, Arkansas, who passed away on August 7, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Fred Chester; his wife Betty McClure; and his brother Harold Hodges. He is survived by: his children, Tim Hodges (Terry) of Jonesboro and Charlotte Dobbs (David) of Hoxie; his stepchildren, Kathy Cason of Tuckerman, Doug Cason of Tuckerman and Becky Cason of Tuckerman; his sister Floy Kysar; and his grandchildren, Kevin McGinnis (Marlana), Ethan McGinnis, Lyndi Layman (Mark), Trevin Winkles, Randi Burns, Brady Cason, Carly Cason, Tierani Tryon and Ashli Tryon. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
