We are sad to announce that on February 17, 2021, at the age of 83, Billy Darrell Hooten of Walnut Ridge, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Hooten and Ara Mae Richey Hooten; and his sisters, Jessie Hughes and Kathryn Zickler. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Sneed; his children, Michael Hooten (Windy) of Batesville and Nancy Bellcock (Don) of Maumelle; his grandchildren, Joe Hooten, Adam Bellcock, Amber Edwards (Nathan) and Allen Glass (Nikki); and his great grandchildren, Stoker and Wells Glass.
The family asks that if you attend, please wear a mask and observe the CDC guidelines pertaining to social distancing.
