He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Sr. Parish and Doris Parish; his sister Barbara; and his stepson Lee Brown. He is survived by: his wife Bernice Medlock Brown; his children, Flint, Jill and Stacy; and his stepdaughter Barbara Whitlow (Bob) of Black Rock. He is also survived by several grandchildren; four step-grandchildren, and seven step great-grandchildren.
