She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Hass and Stella Kens Hass; her husband Warren Spurlock; and her daughter Cynthia Cason. She is survived by: her children, Kathi Bonner of Walnut Ridge, Darrell Spurlock of Spokane, WA and Clayton Spurlock of Rockford, IL; her grandsons, Jeremy Cason, Tristan Slusser, Nathan Spurlock, Travis Bonner and Trent Bonner; and her cousin Jack Thorson. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
