He is survived by: his siblings, Louise Dickson, Jim, Buford, Billy Webbe and Paige Webbe; his great grandchild Torey Vance; his wife Ann; his sons, Tony Webbe (Becky) and Mike Webbe (Shari); and his sister Sandy York (Jerry). He is also survived by five grandchildren, 14 great grand children and many friends.
