He is survived by: his sons, Leland Mullins (Jordan) and Mickey Mullins (Elizabeth); his siblings, John, Joey Mullins, Mary Anne Smith (David) and Jolene Billingsley; and his grandchildren, Leland, Melissa, Marshall, Weston and Waylon.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Birdeye Veteran's Cemetery (3600 AR-163, Cherry Valley, AR 72324).
