Berry (Anthony) of Woodlawn, Tennessee and Micah A. Polston (Tina) of Tucson, AZ; his brother-in-law Tony Hendricks of Walnut Ridge; and his nieces and nephews, Jonathan, Stephen, Nikita, Ericka (John), Eric, Ashley, Amber (Lucas), Susannah, Kaitlyn, Neriah and Olive. He was also cherished by 11 great nieces and nephews; and many other family and friends.
