He was predeceased by: his parents, John Cebron and Etta Ethyl Bullock (Simmons); and his siblings, Mildred Etta Estep, Wanda Mae Stevens, Hayden Marshall Bullock, John Carl Bullock, Robert Albert Bullock and David Ross Bullock.
He is survived by: his wife Catherine Rae Bullock (Derr) of Waldron; his children, Debra Renee Fink of Dardanelle, Tammy Jo Wigton of Russellville, Lorie Ray Martin (Cody) of Waldron and Joseph Edgar Wigton II (Angee) of Pennsylvania; his siblings, Delia Marie Bates of Warren, Audrey Evelyn Johnson of Barling, Elsie Ruth Craft of Georgetown, Texas and Howard Clayton Bullock (Brenda) of Paris; and his grandchildren, Corey Fink, Megan Fowler, Kelcie Mezzaline, Kristina Brown, Devon French, Aubrey Deer, Faith Martin, Caleb Martin, Colton Martin, Jake Wigton, Zach Wigton and Joei Wigton. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Roller Funeral Home Chapel (1700 E Walnut St, Paris, AR 72855). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
