He is survived by: his wife Peggy Ballard; his children, Christy McNutt (Ty) of Farmington, Teresa "Teddy" Garzon of Waldron, Arkansas and Scott Dunson of Van Buren, Arkansas; his sister Patsy Parks; and also Bobby Ballard (Freda) of Waldron, Arkansas.. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and several nieces and nephews.
