She is survived by: her daughter Kristy Blankenship (Chris); her grandchildren, Amanda Phillips (Rusty), Ryan Doerr (Helen), Kelly Woodral (Polk), Brittany Blankenship and Brianna Blankenship; and her sister Philis Cook (Daymon). She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
