He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Sr. Hicks and Mettie Hicks (Puckett); his son Rindell Kim Hicks; and his siblings, A. C. Hicks, Velma Castleberry, Flora Bell Lawson, Juanita Scroggins and Lorene Hicks.
He is survived by: his wife LeeAnn Hicks; his children, Christinia Parker (David) of Mena and Breck (Jessica Hicks) of Greenbrier; his granddaughters, Jessica Daniels (Kyle) of Mena and Chloe Hicks of Greenbrier; his great grandchildren, Annabelle and Finley Daniels; and his brother Henry Hicks (Marilyn) of Waldron. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, friends.
