He is survived by: his wife Mae Byford Oliver; his children, Katherine Nicole Callaway, Christina Lea Castorena and Robert Dewayne Oliver (Tori); his stepson Ryan Byford (Holly); and his brother Curtis Billings (Jean) of Waldron. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
