She was predeceased by: her parents, Ezra Gregory and Illanoia Gregory; her husband Melvin Eugene Sparks; her daughter Tona Lea Funk; and her siblings, Wilma Jackson and Delbert Gregory.
She is survived by: her son Steven (Brenda Funk). She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
