He was predeceased by: his father Gary Taylor; and his son Zachary Taylor. He is survived by: his mother Loretta Taylor (Cooper); his wife Crystal Taylor; his sons, Matthew, Clay and Justin Bullard; his mother-in-law Dianne Douglas; and his brothers, Greg Taylor and Adam Taylor. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, friends.
