He was predeceased by: his parents, Sharlet Ray Shackelford (Simmans) and Leonard Shackelford. He is survived by: his close friend Paula Guess of Hartford, Arkansas; his daughter Jamie Knight (Chad) of Edmond, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Raidyn, Finnley and Dash; and his brother Johnny Shackelford of Hartford, Arkansas. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins.
