She was predeceased by: her parents, Monroe Montgomery and Rosie Montgomery; her husband Jerry Cheesman; and her children, Joanie Brown and Jimmy Cheesman.

She is survived by: her granddaughters, Lisa Yandell (Mike) of Waldron and Kimberly Edwards of Waldron; and her great grandchildren, Sierra, Ashley, Jessilyn, Ethan, Dakota, Delani and Delilah. She is also survived by twelve great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
