He is survived by: his wife Joann Black; his daughters, Krista Taylor Colquitt (Scott Colquitt) of Marion and Kara Taylor of Smyrna; his granddaughter Adrianne Colquitt Pennington (Stephen Pennington); and his great grandchild Huxley Pennington of Cookeville, Tennessee..
