She was predeceased by: her parents, Royce Bates and Gladys Bates; and her brother Mearl Bates. She is survived by: her children, Kelley Hunt (Sabrina) and Lori Withers; her grandchildren, Nikki Wright (Blake) and Jonah Withers; her great grandchild Mitchell Wright; and her siblings, Earl Bates (Shirley) and Freda Ballard (Bob). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, friends.
