She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Clark and Beatrice Clark (McCabe); her brothers, Dave Clark and Jeff Jenson; and her granddaughter Lori Crouse.
She is survived by: her son Brad; her daughter-in-law Janie Bates of Mena; her siblings, Syd Clark (Jean) of Ashdown, Mark Rasmussen, Leah Woods, Kathy Libby of Maine and Sandy Bernier (Michael); and her grandchildren, Tommy, Robert, LaDon, Eric, Dominic Blake, Devin, Kimberly, Brandon, Celeste, Johnny, Junior, Evan and Mason. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
