She was predeceased by: her son-in-law Shirley Short; and her siblings, Lorene Caskey, Archie Helms, Damon Helms, McArthur Helms and Earl Helms.
She is survived by: her daughters, Glenda (Phillip Yates) of Springdale, Brenda Short of Sallisaw and Kelly Morcotte of Huntington; her adoptive daughter Elaine Godfrey of Needmore; and her siblings, Grace Tucker and Hobert. She is also survived by four grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and by a host of friends.
