William Charles Rowe Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Charles Rowe of Waldo, Arkansas, born in Willisville, Arkansas, who passed away on March 28, 2024 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Rector Rowe and Margaret Neill Rowe; and his brothers, Neill Campbell Rowe and Ralph Jerald "Jerry" Rowe. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Jo Powell Rowe; his son William Charlton "Chuck" Rowe (Janet) of Waldo; his grandchildren, Christopher Landon Rowe (Anna) of Midland, MI, Clara Michelle Rowe, Geneva Lynne Rowe and Olan William Rowe of Midland, MI; and his sister Betty Rowe Mabry (Jimmy) of Lubbock. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
