It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edwin Leon Stokes of Waldo, Arkansas, born in Imboden, Arkansas, who passed away on May 15, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Robert Jewel Stokes; and his brother Robert Stokes. He is survived by: his wife Mary Sue Stokes (Baird) of Waldo; his daughter Tammy Gurley (Terry) of Greenbriar, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Heather Kane (Michael) of Conway and Cade Gurley (Samantha) of Fayetteville; and his great grandchild Autumn Kane of Conway.
