She was predeceased by: her father Charles Edgar; her husband Joseph Wayne Lewis; her brother Patrick Eugene Scott; and her sister-in-law Connie Scott. She is survived by: her sons, Charles Adam Lewis (Karen) of Magnolia and Jerry Wayne Lewis (Nancy) of Magnolia; her brothers, Edward Glen Scott (Debi) of Magnolia and Charles Eric Scott of Durant, Oklahoma; and her grandchildren, Austin Scott Lewis, Joseph Allen Lewis, Jacob Walker Lewis and Alexis Mackenzie Lewis of Magnolia. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
