He was predeceased by: his grandparents, David, Fannie Phillips, Roy Mattson Sr. and Jerry Mattson; his uncles, Paul Phillips and Herman Phillips; and his aunt Linda Mattson.
He is survived by: his parents, Rhonda Phillips and Allen Phillips; and his siblings, Patricia Wyatt (Timothy) and Justin Phillips (Annemarie). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
