He was predeceased by: his daughter Susie Lewis; his parents, Frank Lewis and Alta Belle Lewis; his granddaughter Brittany Wright; and his siblings, Robert Lewis, Joe Lewis, Nelle Lewis and Ivy Lewis.
He is survived by: his wife Ann L. Lewis; his children, Arthur J. Lewis, Jr. and Tammy D. Wright (George William, Jr.) of Lanely; his grandchildren, Scooter Wright, Jonathan Lewis (Sydney Alexander), Jacob Lewis, Ashleah Shaw, Nikki Wright and William Wright; his great grandchildren, Arayley Kay Wright and Brooklyn Danielle Lewis; and his sister Laverne Bolton (Terry) of Magnolia Arkansas. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
