She was predeceased by: her parents, John Florio and Edith Florio (Flippin); and her sister Libby Distasio. She is survived by: her husband William Wood; her children, Charlie Wood (Renae), Ross Wood (Sarah) and Edie Johnson (Mark); her grandchildren, Joshua Johnson, Taylor Johnson, Eric Johnson, Isabella Wood, Landon Wood and Savannah Wood; her great grandchildren, Callahan Johnson and Adelaide Johnson; her nephews, William Distasio and Chris Distacso; and her sister Lorraine Dumerer.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests lasting memorials be made to the Weiner Volunteer Fire Department.
