She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Bogy and Willie Mae Wilder Bogy; her husband Charles Kuykendall; her daughter Betty Jo Burris; and her siblings, Kenneth Bogy and Billie Jo Lemmons.
She is survived by: her children, Stacey Cook (Greg) and Joey Kuykendall; her stepchildren, Belinda Kelley (Johnny), Pam Dougan (Randy), Mary Austin and Charles Kuykendall Jr.; and her sister Mary Moody. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren.
