She was predeceased by: her parents, Duffy Waters and Evelyn Waters; her sister Linda Henderson; and her son Robert Phillips, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Arledge; her children, Lisa, Terri and William Jr.; and her grandchildren, Tiffany Hernandez, Terin Albert, Jared Naff and Cody Arledge. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren; and many more friends.
