He was predeceased by: his parents, Annie Alverda Walker Blevins and William Jennings Bryan Blevins; and his brother Dwayne Blevins. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Trivitt; his sons, Brooks Blevins (Sharon) of Violet Hill and Kermit Blevins (Katy) of Sage; his grandchildren, Bryan Blevins (Lauren) of Violet Hill, Audra Clark (Ryder) of Sage and Annie Blevins of Violet Hill; his sisters, Carolyn Gillihan of Melbourne and Beverly Glasser (Don) of Violet Hill; and his mother-in-law Ollie Trivitt of Ash Flat. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
