He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Talmadge Weaver and Susie Johnson Weaver; and his siblings, Wayne Weaver, Bert Weaver, Von Weaver, Sue Wiles, Lorene Wilson, Verna Finley and Eva Jones.

He is survived by: his wife Sharron Weaver; his children, Brent Weaver (Sebrina) of Violet Hill and Tammy Stroud (Kendall) of Myron; his sister Julia Smith of Wenatchee, Washington; his grandchildren, Cody Stroud (Olivia), Ty Stroud (Hannah), Tristan Weaver and Hallie Weaver; and his great grandchildren, Jace Reed Stroud and Grayson Paul Stroud. He is also survived by other relatives and many good friends.
