He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Edward Luedtke and Rose Amelia Sirny Luedtke; his wife Eileen Allana Leech; his siblings, Donald Luedtke, Norman Luedtke and Virginia Kaskavitch; and his children-in-law, Andrea "Andy" Luedtke and Dale Ahrens.
He is survived by: his children, Lance Luedtke of Violet Hill, Melthia "Thia" Heil of Wausau, Monteen "Monti" Ahrens of Maple Grove and Lane Erin Bahr (Gene) of Wausau, Wisconsin; his grandchildren, Allana Lee, Londa Rae Drake, Ben Heil (Lisa), Adam Heil (Hannah), Austin Ahrens (Christie), Preston Ahrens, Collin Ahrens, Jarred Bahr and Gavin Bahr; and his great grandchildren, Brooklyn Luedtke, Athena Luedtke, Andrew Luedtke, Charlotte Heil, Celia Heil, Jonathan Ahrens and Teagan Drake. He is also survived by other relatives and many good friends.
