He is survived by: his significant other Bev O'Neal of Viola; his daughters, Tina McCormick (Danny) of Senath and Tammy Fleeman (Jonathan) of Leachville, Arkansas; and his siblings, Don Sims of Monette, Arkansas, Sally McQuay (Paul) of Pocahontas and Ruth Tucker of Festus, Missouri.. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild.
