She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold L. Fowler and Sallie E. Fowler (Threlkeld); her brothers, Paul Elwin Fowler, Elwood Fowler, Arnold Fowler and Frank Fowler; and her nephew Billy Belew.
She is survived by: her husband Vearl Downum of Viola, Arkansas; her stepchildren, Chuck Downum (Debbie) of Viola, Arkansas and JuDene Stroud (Junior) of Siloam Springs, Arkansas; her sisters, Maxine Palmer of Henderson and Ronella Cullen (Bill) of Gilbertsville, Kentucky; and her niece Sandy Fowler Hubler of Alexander, Arkansas. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and many other relatives and friends.
