He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard George Frank and Theressa Anner-Frank; his wife Bonnie; and his daughter Terri Bennett. He is survived by: his significant other Judy Andrews; his daughters, Sheree Florance (Robert) and Toni Vaile (Daniel); and his son-in-law Brian Bennett. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; three great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
