She was predeceased by: her spouse Jerry A. Rhoads; and her son-in-law Dwayne Harris. She is survived by: her children, James "Doug" Rhoads (Gabriele) of Centerville, Ohio and Sarah Lisa Fountain of Salem, Arkansas; her stepchildren, Frankie Harris of West Plains, Missouri and Jerry Don Rhoads; her great grandchild John Carter Morris; her brothers, Ezra Ellsworth, William "Bill" Ellsworth and John Ellsworth; her grandson Jason Sherman; and her sons-in-law, David Wayne Fountain and William "Bill" Sherman. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
