He is survived by: his wife Rita Carolyn Worsham; his children, Ryan Foster (Emily) of Viola, Kevin Foster of Viola, Arkansas, Renea Houghtaling (Quentin) of Viola and Raeleen Prinner (Joey) of Viola, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Adeline Prinner and Hudson Houghtaling; and his siblings, Phillip Foster (Teresa) of Horseshoe Bend, Rex Foster of Viola, Arkansas, Belinda Barker (Danny) of Birch Tree and Burdetta Pendergrass (Kevin) of Heart, Arkansas.
Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
