She was predeceased by: her parents, Loyd Rennie Batterton and Beulah Arenda Batterton (Emery); her husband Howard Ray Billings; and her siblings, Wanda Guffey, Wilma Dean Brown and Smokey Batterton.
She is survived by: her daughters, Shelly Newberry of Viola and Lynn Martin of Viola, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Shira Turner (Collyn), Sadie Martin and Eli Martin; her great grandchildren, Shylar and Canyon Turner; and her siblings, Janette Schlie (Gary) of Independence, Pam Burns (Larry) of Viola, Arkansas, Jack Batterton of Viola, Jewell Batterton (Barbara) of Viola, Jim Batterton of Viola and Hoppy Batterton of Viola, Arkansas.
Due to Covid-19 and the flu season the family is having private services and they ask for everyone to please respect their wishes.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Arkansas Children's Hospital in Little Rock, Arkansas.
