He was predeceased by: his father Robert Eldon Mills; his son Jordan Wayne Mills; and his granddaughter Brooklyn Mills. He is survived by: his wife Marvene Mills of Viola, Arkansas; his children, Morgan Mills (Cheyenne) of Mountain View, Arkansas, Justine Carter (Jimmy) of Mountain View, Kristin Ellis of Viola, Kellyn Smoot of Viola and Kyla Robbins (Jordan) of Folsom, California; his mother Mary Faith Harmon (Williams) of Golden, Missouri; his grandchildren, Ryan (Lexie), Emily, Landon, Kimber, Kyler, Korbyn of Kella, J. J., Oliver, Nora and Esther; and his siblings, Jerry Mills of Alamogordo, Carol Williams (David) of Golden, Sharon Buerkle (Burk) of Maumelle and Teresa Mills of Springdale, Arkansas. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
