He is survived by: his wife Linda Mathis (Henderson) of Vilonia; his children, Malissa Ellis of Enola and Bryon Mathis (Karan) of Vilonia; his sister Kathy Smith of Mayflower; his grandchildren, Peyton Dockery of Vilonia, Ashlynn Hackler (James) of Enola, Sydni Mathis of Vilonia, Alaina Simpson (Adam) of Enola and Alyse Ellis of Enola; and his great grandchildren, Huntley Hackler and Koen Simpson. He is also survived by two brothers-in-law, three sisters-in-law, as well as a host of extended family and friends.
