He is survived by: his grandmother Marie Hopkins of Vilonia; his siblings, Tara Fason (Brian) of Spring, Texas, Chet Spradlin of Vilonia, Jerry Horton of Paris, Missouri and Ken Horton of Willmar, Minnesota; his sister-in-law Gail Horton of Clark, Missouri; his nephews, Connor Fason of Spring, Texas and Lee Horton (Angel) of Clark, Missouri; his niece Emily Hazel (Kenny) of Clark, Missouri; his uncles, Bill Hopkins (Marsha) of Conway and Joe Hopkins (Charlene) of Berryville, Virginia; and his cousins, Kristin Jenkins (Andy) of Berryville and Joey Jenkins of Berryville.
