She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Bill Talley and Ruth Talley (Foster); her children, Rodney Coulter (Glenda) of Georgia, Jarred Lowe (Mandi) of Louisiana and Jennifer Earles (Richard) of Vilonia; her husband L. J. Lowe; and her son Ricky Coulter. She was also cherished by two brothers, two sisters, six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, as well as a host of extended family and friends.
