He is survived by: his parents, Mark Anthony Wayne Curtis I and Evelyn Yvonne Dover Curtis; his son Mark Anthony Wayne Curtis III (Trey); his stepson Joseph Palmer; his significant other Cammie Matthews; his cousins, Rebekah Bond (Jason) and David Jones (Katelynn); his son Eastyn; his cousin Timmy Freeman II (Tamela); his aunts, WeWe Rita Freeman Mize (Ricky) and Angela Boggess Just (Rick); and also, Austin, Hayden, Samual, Lannin, Brixton, Jaslyn, John, Lauren, Michael, Timmy III, Ashley, Amy, Haley, Jamie and Shannon.
