She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Church and Annie Church (Kinley); her husband Edward "Tom" Worthy; her son Edward Worthy, Jr. (Buddy); her brother Thomas Church; her niece Angela Church; and her great grandchild Michael Shawn Hudson.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Worthy and Jim Worthy of Beebe; and her sister Mary Ruth Church of Beebe. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren as well as many extended family and friends.
