He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Otis Skiles and Lina Lucille Skiles; and his sister Lina Lou Mixon. He is survived by: his wife Janis T. Skiles; his daughters, Leanne Parchman, Robin Taylor and Ryann Campbell; his grandchildren, Haley Harness, Thomas Parchman and Hannah Taylor; and his great grandchild Blakely Harness.
