He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmel Burgess and Ardell Burgess (Schultz); and his brothers, Gary Burgess, Carmel Gene Burgess, Charles Burgess and Ricky Burgess.
He is survived by: his siblings, Bobby Burgess (Tammie) of Vilonia, Carolyn Samples (Robert) of Vilonia and Barbara Goodnight of Vilonia. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
