He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Fred Varner and Ina Sweeten Varner; his sisters, Vernell Varner Seats Anderson of Muncie and Odene Varner Millsaps of Romance; his wife Norma Jane Casey Varner; his children, Steven Varner (Karen) of Vilonia, Janice Housley (Larry) of Mabelvale, Beverly Fitzpatrick (Brent) of Maumelle and Betty Freeman (Steve) of Ovilla, Texas; his grandchildren, Simon Branton-Housley (Mary) of Fort Collins, Elizabeth Housley (Andrew Gall) of Seattle, Eric Varner (Blair), Katie Weeks (Nathan) of Derby, Tyler Fitzpatrick of Maumelle, Britney Fitzpatrick of Fayetteville, Casey Bain (Parker) of Denver, Samuel Freeman (Casey Glynn) of Lewisville and Ara Freeman of Lewisville, Texas; and his great grandchildren, Daphne, Linden, Mason, McKinley, Eliana and Everly Grace.
