She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Tarrants and Mary Tarrants (Cates); her husband James K. Justice; and her son Richard Justice Sr.. She is survived by: her sons, David Justice (Brenda) and James R. Justice Sr.; and her grandchildren, Richard Justice Jr. (Kandi), James Justice (Tammy), Jeny Gore, Shannon Wooldridge (Travis), Mandy Johnson (Jeremy), Kasey Phillips (Taylor) and James R. Justice Jr.. She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.
