It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alma Ruth Douglas (Vilonia, Arkansas), born in Fordyce, Arkansas, who passed away on January 22, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Turner and Ila Turner; and her son Jimmy Wayne Douglas. She is survived by: her husband James Douglas; her daughters, Shirley Mewborn (Johnie) and Debbie Doyle (Kirk); and her grandchildren, Brian Hammett, Cindy Carder (John), Malorie Wheeler (Brook), Rachel Terry (Jimmy) and Taylor Cash. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren and many other friends and relatives.
