She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Albert Hess, Sr. and Josephine Pearl Hess (Hart); and her siblings, Bernard Albert Hess, Jr., Ruby Lee Hess and Shirley Manuel (Hess).
She is survived by: her children, Chuck Futrell (Sandy) of Vanndale and Debbie Page (Marty) of Flowery Branch, Georgia; her siblings, Charles Hess (Scottie) of Amagon, John Hess (Cora) of Nitro and Barbara Reeves (Hess) of Little Rock; her grandchildren, Jonathan Futrell (Barbara), Blake Futrell, Jordan Futrell, Emmy Futrell and Danielle Kuhn (Matt); and her great grandchildren, Sawyer and Millie Futrell. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
