He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter E. West, Sr. and Alice V. West (Holt); his sister Virginia Blake (West); his sons, Dexter Davis and Dalton James; and his grandparents, Albert, Ollie Holt, Eulis and Lettie West.
He is survived by: his siblings, Walter E. West, Jr. (Kelly) of Fair Oaks, Teresa Anderson (Ed) of Mena and Oleta Garcia (David) of Tucson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
